We welcome you to Dorset Inn, and we want you and everyone to have a great time while visiting!
**Pls don’t forget Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets)** *(there’s an extra $25 per adult per night after 2 to a maximum of 6 total occupancy , (children don’t count for the charge). It’s important to disclose the total number of people and any last minute additions to your group, any extra people must be approved before the day of arrival. Overcrowding is not allowed and can lead to a cancellation of stay without a refund.
We welcome you to Dorset Inn. Please note the following rules and conditions for everyone’s safety and an enjoyable stay.
• No Smoking inside
• No dirty shoes inside please
• Garbage to be put in the garbage cans provided and disposed in the metal bin at the front entrance gate when leaving.
• Quiet Time after 10 pm to 8 am, No excessive noise or loud music after 10pm
• Children to be supervised by adults and under their supervision while on the property.
• Extra persons/Visitors/Pets must be pre-arranged and approved.
Violating any of the above, or any inappropriate behavior/ damage to the property can potentially lead to a cancellation of stay without a refund.
Check-in is any time after 4PM and check out by 12PM (must be out by 12pm, cleaning staff arrives at 12pm) Security Deposit – if there is any damage we reserve the right to keep your security deposit and further bill you the difference to fix/ replace what was damaged.
**Additional Important information** The rooms are cleaned with bleach and anti bacterial cleaning products, after each stay however Due to the ongoing covid pandemic it is essential that you bring hand sanitizer and it is recommended that you bring your own cleaning products and wipe down / disinfect all surfaces door handles inside the room. Tenant(s) understands and agrees that Dorset Inn will not be held responsible for any liability, claims, actions, suits, demands, costs or expenses of any kind, as related to any health risks or adverse health related consequences, arising as a result of visitations.
